Let’s look at gratitude and abundance from a law of attraction perspective. Based on quantum science and the law of attraction everything consists of energy frequencies.
Our thoughts and the words we speak have resonance and energetic vibrations. It is believed that our thought frequencies attract vibrational matches.

Create Opportunities to Manifest Your Goals - PRACTICE GRATITUDE Daily!
1. RECORD YOUR INTENTIONS
Write down your intentions, dreams, goals and desires as present moment statements -- as if it is happening now. Include the word 'gratitude' in your intentions. Such as, "I am grateful that I have abundant money to support me in my goals."
Review your intentions daily & often. Say them out loud whenever you have the opportunity.
2. VISUALIZE YOUR GOALS
Visualize or imagine yourself manifesting your dreams. See yourself already having your goals. Notice the emotions that you feel associated with your dreams. Allow yourself to feel happy about having manifested your dreams.
3.EXPRESS GRATITUDE OFTEN
Start and end each day with gratitude. Express gratitude and acknowledge ANY progress -- no matter how small it is when things are moving in the direction of manifesting your goals.
